- Learn the purposes of each reporting option and the common use cases
- Discuss and determine the data/information learners need to see, as applicable to each user's role and work needs.
- Work together to create reporting dashboards, portfolios, or saved searches, as applicable
- Set up quick access shortcuts for most important custom reports/views
